Planning Board Members in Attendance:

Also in Attendance:  Rich Shaffer, Village Trustee and Chet Kowalski, Codes Enforcement Officer

Meeting was called to order @ 7:10 pm

Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Minutes of last meeting, 11/5/08, were reviewed

Motion to accept by John Cieslewitz, 2^nd by Bob Misiaszek   Motion carried:  yes

Correspondence:

Literature was distributed for Cornell Cooperative for a workshop training course, and a Breakfast briefing meeting on 12/9 in Otesaga

Comments:

Resident Linda Walker distributed literature for contractors for independent studies on Cell towers.

Item 1.

Bob Langdon, owner Colonial Pharmacy site plan review.  (Note, ZBA is lead agency on SEQRA).  Bob seeks approval for 1500 square feet of retail use plus addition at 100 Main Street.  Construction schedule to be mid January 09 to mid March 09.  All items either qualify, or will be contingencies for approval.

Motion to approve, John Cieslewitz, 2^nd Bob Misiaszek.  Motion carried?  Yes, with contingencies as per ZBA approval and County negative declaration.

Item 2.

Joe Bravi, 145 Oriskany Blvd. seeking approval to change flat roof to 6/12 pitched roof.  Engineering requirements are to be met per Chet Kowalski, CEO

Motion to allow, Bob Misiaszek, 2^nd John Cieslewitz, Approved?  Yes
